When we brought our customers and partners together for WilldooIT Experience 2025, our goal wasn’t just to showcase what is next in technology. It was to create a space for meaningful conversation about growth, change and opportunity.

In my first months as General Manager, I have spent time listening to our customers, our team and our partners. One thing is crystal clear: businesses today don’t just want technology delivered, they want a trusted partner who helps them get the most from it.
That is what this event was about. The conversations confirmed what we are hearing across industries: our customers want predictability, clarity and reliability. They want proactive advice, not just implementation. And they are ready to collaborate with partners who bridge deep technical expertise with real-world industry understanding.

Having Pierre, our Odoo Partner Manager, join us for the first time as a presenting partner was also a milestone moment. It reinforced the value of collaboration and the shared goal of helping Australian businesses succeed with Odoo.

We also took the opportunity to celebrate customers who have grown with us over many years: Merriwa Industries, Empire Couriers and Rouse Hill Landscape Supplies, as well as Australian Target Systems, our Partnership Excellence Award recipient.
